What does heartset mean to you?
We have a lot in life to be grateful for starting with the magical air we breathe on a daily basis. As humans, we tend to forget this practice, simply because we are always on the go. If we take a second to just breathe and express gratitude, our energy will shift and awareness will arise.
We should learn to journal, to allow our inner voice to express feelings. Set intentional goals, think big and never think it is too big because we are capable of what we set ourselves to imagine.
