An interview with Aaron Nolan Life Coach
What is the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome in your life?
Overcoming my issues with co-dependency has been the biggest obstacle in my life. Prioritizing my own self-care, above my wife and even my children, was the only way that I was finally able to reach my full potential as a father, and ultimately, achieve success beyond my wildest dreams.
As my independence grew, so did my confidence and clarity. I not only escaped a twenty-year toxic relationship but I was also granted sole custody of our four small children. While raising them all on my own, I started a Six-Figure Corporation.
After discovering that I have such an immense passion for building Brands and Businesses, I decided to help a few of my close friends that were also struggling single parents. Together, we built their own dream, blue-collar business and created each their own unique and enticing brand.
After witnessing first hand that my side hustle set up strategy worked so flawlessly for basically anybody willing to put in the work, I decided that I wanted to help people in this way for the rest of my life. While the world is full of wonderful people, I found little help out there specifically for single fathers like myself. Ultimately, that is where I chose to focus my attention. In the world of struggling single fathers in their own pursuit of happiness and looking to gain some independence.
What are your three top tips to overcome the obstacle?
- Breaking free from Co-Dependency begins with your own self-care. This includes physical, mental and spiritual. Whatever that means to you. Make time for yourself and never undervalue the importance of your personal dreams.
- The only difference between a Dream and a Goal is a Deadline. Making a to-do list with small, obtainable goals can truly inspire one to keep focused on the task at hand.
- Set aside fear and doubt and simply expect to fail from time to time. The only people that NEVER fail, are those that NEVER do anything.
