What are your three top tips to overcome the obstacle?

  1. Solution #1 Meditation

Solitude is sacred self-care.  In the quiet of the morning, connect with your truth.  When you practice meditation, your mind becomes peaceful.  It is within the peace that the answers speak.  Guided meditations help you connect with your inner peace and limitless potential.  Mid-day meditation makes for a marvellous opportunity to regroup your game plan.  Evening meditation helps to anchor your mind for a peaceful, restful night of sleep.

 

2. Solution #2 Essential Oils

Essential oils are Mother Nature’s gifts.  They are the powerful medicines that are within the sweetness of the earth.   Combining the power of essential oils with meditation amplifies the healing energy of the breath.  One drop exponentially multiplies your magical connection with spirit.  Add a drop of essential oil to a carrier oil and your body will thank you.  Energizing oils can help lift your spirits.  Balancing oils can ease your stress and tension.  Grounding oils can help calm an anxious mind.

Remember that essential oils are plant medicine.  Please keep your essential oils safely away from your precious children and animals.

 

3. Solution #3 Journal your Journey

Spend 15 minutes with your thoughts.  Allow your heart to speak as you write down your messages.  Trust the sweet messages your heart longs to speak.  Writing down your thoughts will help you see the patterns.  Recognizing the patterns will provide you with a map of where you are stuck.  Seeing where you are stuck will help you identify the steps you dance to avoid your problems.  Identifying your avoidance will help you begin to inventory your excuses.  Practice these simple solutions to overthinking and you will feel better.  When you feel better, you are able to see the opportunity within the obstacle.  As you connect with better feelings, you are one step closer to living a life of joy.  You deserve more joy.
