Client Control is a one-off piece of work where we find out why clients aren't coming in steadily, fix the part that's causing it, and build one clear path for the right people to reach you and say yes.
We start by looking at how your business currently works.
How people find you, what they understand when they do, and what happens between someone showing interest and actually hiring you. This is where most of the problem sits.
From there, 3 things get defined properly:
1. who your business is for,
2. the problem you're solving,
3. and how you explain it so the right person immediately understands why they need to talk to you.
Once that's clear, everything else is built around it. Your website. Your core pages. Your content. Your email sequence. Each part works with the others to take someone from first contact to working with you, without confusion or friction in between.
Your business also gets set up so it can be found through search and through AI tools, so you're not depending on constant effort to stay in front of people.
At the end, you get a full written breakdown of what was found, what was changed, and what to do next.
Four stages, done in order. The process isolates what's causing the instability, corrects it, and protects what already works.
1. Diagnosis — We look at how clients are currently coming in, where they're dropping off, and what's creating the instability.
2. Evidence — Your niche and competitors are analysed properly. Assumptions are replaced with what the market is actually showing.
3. Correction — Your offer, pricing, and the path from first contact to yes are tightened so clients come in without you having to push every time.

The engagement runs four to six weeks from start to finish.
It starts with three to four structured conversations to understand how your business currently works.
The research phase takes seven to ten days.
Findings are delivered in writing. Implementation follows.

Once research is complete, corrections are applied in sequence.
