For coaches who have tried everything that made sense and are still waiting for it to work.

You have read the books, applied the frameworks, and rebuilt your offer more than once. You are still not the coach clients come to consistently. Every solution you have bought gave you a method and left you to apply it yourself. That is the gap nobody closes for you.

I look at your specific situation from the outside and tell you exactly what it requires. Not what should work in theory. Not what worked for someone else's market. What your business specifically needs and what to do first.

1-1 Coaching With David - and how this changes your position...

You rebuilt your offer once and it did not produce what you expected, so you adjusted it again.

You read about positioning and clarified your niche.

You tried posting consistently.

You have invested in at least one programme that gave you a framework you could not quite make work for your specific situation, and you are now somewhere between trying things and waiting to see which one finally holds.

What you have is not a knowledge problem.

You can articulate what a well-built coaching business looks like, you have read enough to know.

What you cannot do from inside your own situation is see clearly which specific thing is failing you, and every course and programme you have bought has left you to figure that out for yourself.

That is how the entire industry works.

The coach buys the framework, understands the principles, and goes away to work out how they map onto their specific niche, their specific market, their specific offer. Some of it sinks in. Some of it does not. And without someone looking at your situation from the outside, you cannot tell which is which.

Being a skilled coach is not the same as being the coach clients come to.

The difference between those two things is commercial, it is about how your specific market moves, what it is actually looking for, and whether what you have built matches that.

The books you have read tell you this gap exists.

None of them close it for you, because closing it requires looking at your situation specifically, not at a general model of how coaching businesses work.

What happens in these five sessions

Before session one you complete a detailed intake — ten specific questions about your business as it actually is right now.

Your revenue.

How clients are finding you.

What you have tried and what happened when you tried it.

No generalities.

By the time we start, I already know your situation and where to look, so session one is not spent gathering information — it is spent working on what the intake revealed.

The sessions are not structured around a preset agenda.

There is no session where we cover your niche and another where we cover your offer because that is what comes next in the framework. The sessions follow from what your intake shows, which means every one of them is working on the actual problem rather than moving through a curriculum that may or may not apply to you.

Each session produces a written record of what was found and what was decided.

You do not leave with notes from a conversation, you leave with a document that says specifically what is happening in your situation and what to change.

By session five you have a written direction built from your market and your business, not borrowed from someone else's results.

Who this is not for

If you are in the steps of coaching and still working out who you help and what your offer is, Blind Spots is the right starting point — it is free and will show you specifically where to begin.

If you have revenue coming in but cannot rely on when it arrives month to month, and the problem feels structural rather than directional, Client Control is a more thorough engagement that goes further.

This is for the coach who has something, has tried to make it work, and needs a specific commercial read on what is actually stopping clients from coming to them.

The investment

$1,000 for five sessions.

The coaches who come here have already spent more than that on programmes that gave them frameworks to apply to their own situation. What they have not had is someone applying commercial judgment directly to their situation and producing a written record of what that judgment found. That is what these sessions do.

How to start

Book a short call before committing. I want to make sure this is the right fit for where you are — and if it is not, I will tell you that directly and point you to what is. If it is the right fit, you complete the intake and we begin.
