We scored 10,954 live coaching websites. The good ones and the bad ones are built to almost exactly the same standard. What separates them is what the page says, and there are four things it has to say.

Two coaches, same qualification. One says she helps women over 40. The other says she helps women whose sleep fell apart when the menopause started. Only one of those tells me whether to book a call.

Somebody will tell you mindset coaching is where the money is. They're right, and that's exactly why you'll struggle in it. We counted the books people in each market already buy, and the top ten markets are also the ten hardest to say anything new in.

You're good at four things and your homepage is trying to say all four at once. Nobody reading it can tell which one you're best at, so they decide you're a generalist. Here's how to pick one without giving the other three up.

We pulled the 622 health, nutrition and wellness coaching sites out of our corpus and scored them separately. Not one of them came out strong, and they're worse than the market at the one thing that decides whether anybody stays.
